1. Who we are

This site, affiliate.racein8te.com, is operated by IN8TE (“IN8TE”, “we”, “us”), the fitness-racing apparel brand behind racein8te.com. For anything related to your data, contact us at hello@racein8te.com.

2. What we collect

When you apply to the IN8TE Athlete Program, we collect the information you give us:

Your first name and email address (on this site).
The details you provide in the full application: surname, Instagram handle, race history, kit sizes, country and similar application information.
Correspondence you send us by email or social media.
Basic technical data generated by visiting the site (IP address, browser type), as recorded by our hosting provider’s standard server logs.

3. How we use it

We use this information to:

Review and process your application to the Athlete Program.
Run the program: commissions, kit, content, events and communication connected to your role as an athlete.
Send you emails about the Athlete Program and IN8TE, based on the consent you give when submitting the form. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Keep your application on file so we can come back to you when the roster opens again (see retention below).
Improve our program, product and communication.

4. Legal bases

Where EU/UK data protection law applies, we rely on: your consent (marketing emails), performance of a contract (processing your application and, if accepted, running your athlete agreement) and our legitimate interest in building and promoting the IN8TE brand and athlete roster.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the program, who process it on our behalf: Klaviyo (email), Jotform (application forms) and our hosting provider. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/UK under standard contractual safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

If you join the program, we keep your data for as long as you are an IN8TE athlete and as long afterwards as we need it for legal, tax and accounting purposes. If your application is not accepted or you do not finish it, we keep it for up to 24 months so we can re-invite you when spots open, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

7. Your rights

Under EU/UK law you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, ask for portability, and withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect processing that already happened). Email hello@racein8te.com and we will respond within the statutory deadline. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Only technically necessary storage is used to make the site and the application form work.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the program grows. The current version is always at this address, with the date above.
